It is possible to log in to the employee app on several devices at the same time.
You have successfully downloaded your employee app on your new smartphone, but can't remember your user name or the password you chose yourself?
Then please inform the person responsible in your company directly. He/she can check the login data directly and reset it if necessary. If you do not know who the person in charge is, please contact our support team, stating your company.
